Principal Park Bo-young, 59, of Gwangcheolnam Elementary School was named as the winner of the Nunnopi Education Award.
According to Gwangcheolnam Elementary School on Dec. 14, Principal Park Bo-young received the 15th Nunnopi Education Award in elementary school category earning a plaque and 10 million won in prize money.
Park has changed lunch supplies to organic food since his inauguration in Gwangcheolnam Elementary School in 2003 and launched a campaign to drive out F.I.C. (Fast food, Instant food and Carbonated beverages) for the safety and health of students. He was recognized for his hard work to this end.
